What do you do for your ab workouts? I've always been fit but I stopped for a while and now I've been working out for 2 months and I'd just love to get to where you are!:D I can already see a difference I would just like to hear from you :)

Chairman leg lift 25x4
Ab twists with 8lb medicine ball 75x4
Leg lifts 12x4 sometimes with ankle weights
